DJ Cuppy takes social media break

Popular Nigerian disc jockey and philanthropist DJ Cuppy has announced that she will be taking a break from social media for a while.

The celebrity DJ made this known on X while sharing her New Year resolution with fans, explaining that the decision is part of a personal reset for 2026.

According to Cuppy, the break will allow her to reflect, reconnect spiritually, and focus on personal growth away from online distractions.

“I’m taking a short break from social media. I need some quiet time with myself & time being hidden with God. I am okay. I’m just taking a moment to reset & reconnect. I will be back,” she wrote.

She further revealed that she has embarked on a 21-day fasting period, describing it as a spiritual step to help her deal with personal matters as she enters the new year.

Cuppy assured fans that her absence is temporary and that she will return after completing the period of reflection and spiritual renewal.
