Three-storey building collapses in Lagos

A two-storey building has reportedly collapsed at Amusu Street in the Orile Iganmu area of Lagos State.

An eyewitness said the incident happened at about 8: am and did not record any casualty.

In a video shared on X, as the building collapsed, residents scampered in different directions.

At the time of filing this report, the number of casualties is not known.

Confirming the incident, the Permanent Secretary of Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), Dr. Femi Oke-Osanyitolu, explained that evacuation of the debris was ongoing without any casualty recorded yet.
